The Kennedale City Council will meet in regular session Thursday evening at 7 p.m. with a work session scheduled to begin at 5 p.m.. ?On the Council will hold its annual all day budget day work session beginning at 8 a.m. and concluding by 5 p.m.?Thursday evening the Council will discuss the following: {{more}}?
the appointment of a councilmember to serve as the 2013-2014 Mayor Pro-Tem;?
discuss and consider approval of an Ordinance establishing a Planning and Zoning Commission and repealing all previous establishing ordinances for that board;

discuss and consider a resolution regarding a financing agreement for the purpose of procuring water meters and related technology;
?
discuss and approve bid award for health, dental, vision, life and AD&D, and voluntary life insurance and authorize the City Manager to sign the agreements;
?
and, discuss and consider approval of Developers Agreement with DR Horton for Beacon Hill Phase II.
?
In closed session the Council will discuss the City Manager performance related to code enforcement.

Regular sessions and work sessions are open to the public. ? At the regular monthly meeting, a time is provided for public comment.
