The spring blood drive sponsored by the Kennedale High School National Honor Society will be held from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. in the KHS gym Wed. February 12, 2014. Anyone who is able to participate is encouraged to give.
Drives such as this provide the North Texas area with as much as 95% of the blood needed each day. Someone needs blood every 2 seconds in America. {{more}}Each donation can save the lives of three people. Some of them could be a neighbor, friend or a member of the KISD family.”If you would like to donate, the best times are Wednesday afternoon when there are usually less people.If you are unsure of your schedule just come when you can. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and character. It was established in 1921.
