For September, the Kennedale area showed a 25% increase from a year ago with the median home price at $221,900 an 8% increase in median price from a year ago.
A continued positive trend for the city
Although Kennedale is a small area and the number of homes sold is just 10 for the month it shows a continued positive trend for the city.
Year to date activity shows that Kennedale has sold 76 homes which represents a 10% over the prior year with the average price jumbing 17%.
