Sandra Baker, [email protected], has reported in the Star Telegram that median home prices grew substantially last month as demand continued to be greater than the number of homes available. {{more}}The median sales price reached $185,000, 12 percent higher than last November, the report shows.
Baker reported that in Tarrant County, median prices rose 83 percent in November on sales in the Haltom City/Riverside area, 58 percent in Kennedale and 41 percent in the southwest Fort Worth/Everman/Forest Hill area.
