GRANBURY ? Mary Katherine Raines, 65, formerly of Kennedale, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2015, in Granbury.

 

Funeral: 11:00 a.m. Monday, Sept. 28, 2015, at Granbury Church of God. Burial: 3 p.m. Monday at Hico Cemetery in Hico, Texas. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Wiley Funeral Home. {{more}}

 

Mary Katherine was born April 16, 1950, in San Antonio, Texas, to Marvin Harold Stewart and Carrie Belle Hutchings Stewart. She was a member of Granbury Church of God.

 

Mary always found the good in everyone and helped those in need. She loved her family and her dogs. She enjoyed fishing and reading. The world was a much better place because of her wonderful presence.

 

Survivors: Son, William D. Clark; brothers and sisters, Marvin Stewart and wife, Brenda, Linda Verdecanna,. Melvin Stewart, Owen Stewart and wife, Jeannie, Charles Stewart and wife, Denyse, Don Stewart and wife, Kim, Cari Gardney and husband, Joe, Sandra Greene and spouse, John; grandchildren, Sherrie, Bryan, Eric, Jennifer, Jason, Jeremy, Jacob, Joseph, Melissa, Jessica, Jeffrey, Joyce, Kenny, Kim; a host of great grandchildren; best friend, Scott Rabel; special cousins, Wanda Hatchet and Lonnie Hillburn.
