The Kennedale Alumni Association has added an event for alumni to meet and greet in addition to the annual fall homecoming event ? the Kennedale Alumni Night at the Kennedale Brickworks Festival April 15-17 held at TownCenter Park in Kennedale. {{more}}
Kennedale?s own 1975 graduate, turned Pop Star, Lannie Flowers will be in concert from 9:00 pm ? 10:00 pm. Lannie packed the park with Alumni in 2014 when he was in concert. Last year the storms blew through just as he was getting ready to perform.
The Association is expecting a record number of Alumni this year. Not only for Friday, April 15, but there is additional event ?. Kennedale?s own, The Pengwins will be in concert on Saturday, April 16 from 7:30 pm ? 8:30 pm. Both bands have played around the world and will now be returning home to the hometown crowd.
Plan to attend both nights. There should be lots of great friends, great food and fun.
