The Kennedale City Council will be looking at several zoning issues at its regular monthly meeting Monday. The regular meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the Kennedale City Council Chambers at 405 Municipal Drive with a work session at 5:30 pm. {{more:[read more]}}All meetings are open to the public.
Zoning issues involve public hearings on proposed replat of approximately 3 acres on 400 Bolen Road off of the Bowman Springs/Interstate 20 Service Road and a minor replat in the Miller Hill Addition on Kevin Miller Road.The Council will also consider eliminating a code requirement that materials stored outside to be stored a minimum of twenty-five (25) feet from the public right-of-way. In a non-action item the Council will hear the initial findings of a Tarrant County College Building Trades Department review of City Hall, the Police Building and the Fire Station with the intention of recommending building improvements.
