LeNoir has been with the department since October 2015, and served as a fire inspector, arson investigator and EMS coordinator.

Before coming to Willow Park, LeNoir served the city of Kennedale as a shift officer and EMS Coordinator of a mobile care ambulance.
LeNoir?s two-decade career began with his work in fire/emergency services for the city of Mart.
He also spent time in the Waco Rural Metro Ambulance Services, and the Hillsboro Fire Department, Rountree said.
LeNoir holds numerous certifications.
The list includes certifications for Fire Inspector Master, Fire Investigator Master, Fire Structural Master, Fire Technology and a certificate of completion from Texas A&M Fire Service Chief Executive Officer program, as well as several other certifications.
He also holds a double Associates of Applied Science degree in Fire Administration, Rountree said.
