Once again the Angel Tree fills wishes with the help of many

?While the overall numbers were down from previous years,? Florence reported, ?we provided gifts to nearly 100 children and made a generous donation to a family that was involved in a house fire that destroyed everything.?

Florence paid respect to the many that helped.

Connections, with the leadership of District Manager Gary Bartles, was very generous and provided bicycles and helmets to every single child. The Kennedale Rotary Club, with the leadership of Susan Dalrymple, made sure each and every child was provided a coat and school uniform. QuikTrip “QT” and several other businesses and individuals made financial donations that allowed for gifts and general items; tape, wrapping paper, boxes and bags for gift wrapping to be purchased.
