Meetings are held at Kennedale City Hall in Council Chambers at 405 Municipal Drive, Kennedale.
The regular session will include updates and reports from individual council members, the mayor and the interim city manager along with an opportunity to hear from local citizens and visitors.additional items …Other items on the agenda to discuss/take action include:
- the 2017 fiscal budget calendar;
- the Vineyards subdivision (Phases 1 & 2) plans;
- interlocal agreement with Tarrant County for roadway striping;
- a public hearing to discuss and take action on an amendment to the Unified Development Code regarding ?Walls and Fences ? Landscaping ? Buffering ? Screening;
- review/approve independent auditor?s report for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016.

Regular monthly meetings include a visitor/citizen?s forum where individuals may address the council on items that are not scheduled for action on that month?s agenda. During this period of time, the Council can only listen and take note of the comments but cannot respond or take action.
