Kats ice Benbrook 3-0
District play has begun in volleyball across the state and Kennedale opened their district season with a nice win over Benbrook (25-5, 25-15, 25-16) on Tuesday. {{more: Read more … }}Benbrook fell to 16-12 and 1-1 in district play. Benbrook’s district win came against Mineral Wells (4-10, 0-2) last week, winning that one in three (25-20, 25-15, 25-16).
Kennedale now moves to 7-21 and 1-0. Don?t let the record fool you, Kennedale will be a force in district play. Kennedale visits Mineral Wells Friday with the varsity set to play at 6 pm. The Lady Kat will host the current district leader, Springtown next Tuesday in a big early season game.
