Competition season …
This is the competition season for the Wildcat Band. Last year, Kennedale finished in 8th place in the state 4A finals. The Wildcat band has made the state finals 6 straight times. But this is a biennial event (occurring every two years) so this is the off year for the Wildcat Band but it doesn?t keep them from competing. This Saturday, October 14, the Marching Cats are competing in the Princeton Festival.
The only UIL competition this year for the Wildcat band in Class 4A will be on October 21.
