The Kats (16-23, 10-1) are wrapping up another successful district season. Barring an upset tonight, the Kats will have at least a share of the district title, making it their fourth straight district title.

Last week on Monday, Kennedale defeated Diamond Hill-Jarvis 25-15, 25-14 and 25-10. On Firday night Lady Kats defeated Mineral Wells 25-15, 25-11 and 25-18.
At this point the four teams from District 7-4A that have qualified for the UIL playoffs are Kennedale, Springtown, Benbrook and Castleberry.

Since Kennedale shares the district title with Springtown, a one game playoff for playoff seeding will have to be played later this week.
