Santa issues call for ?Helper Elves?

The annual City of Kennedale Christmas Tree Lightning is coming up on Tuesday, December 4th from 5:3- – 8:00 p.m. in Town Center Park (next to the Kennedale Library and behind the Kennedale Police Department. {{more: continue …}}

Santa is schedule to arrive in town by 6:00 p.m. Santa, who is unable to bring along his elves, will need ?helper elves? to hand out and/or provide treats and goodies. As always there will be musical entertainment provided by students from Fellowship Academy of Kennedale and Kennedale ISD.

This fun, festive, family-oriented event and all of its activities are completely free, but you are encouraged if you can, to donate to the Kennedale Professional Firefighters Association Angel Tree. This can be in the form of an unwrapped toy, clothing or cash.

The Kennedale Professional Firefighters Association is once again sponsoring the local Angel Tree Drive. This annual charity event has helped hundreds of families through the years provide their children a happy Christmas. There will be a booth at the Christmas Lighting to provide information about the program. Donations will be accepted starting November 20th at the Kennedale Fire Station.?
