Michael Page (KHS Class of 2015) has been accepted in the graduate Range and Wildlife Management program at Texas A&M University at Kingsville. His Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree is also in Range and Wildlife Management at TAMUK. {{more: continue …}}

While enrolled as an undergraduate at Kingsville, Michael was accepted in the TAMUK Honor College. The Honors College admittance is a competitive process that requires as a minimum a 3.00 GPA in the first year at TAMUK and then a minimum 3.4 GPA after admittance. The TAMUK Honors College offers special classes open to just honor students that offer in-depth study along with innovative teaching styles and opportunities for increased undergraduate research and leadership development.

In March of this year, Page was awarded the Charly McTee Award at the Texas Chapter of Wildlife Society state meeting.

In 2015, Michael was one the first group of students that joined the Kennedale High School competitive high school bass fishing program. It is now part of the Outdoor Education program at? the high school.
