You are also looking with hope, that in the new year, things will be better. {{more:? continue …}}?We have faith that the new year will bring, the healing from the pains we have experienced. If you’ve just walked through one of the greatest?year’s of your life, or are incredibly glad to see this?one finally over, one truth remains, we are not alone.?Through it all, good and bad, ups and downs mountains top and valley experiences, God is with us.
?God is always with us. Our God is a “with us” God. As we have just experienced the celebration of the birth of our King, we are reminded that God is with us now and into the New Year. He is Emmanuel, God with us.?And though things shift and people change,?our God never changes. God is the same yesterday,
today and forever. No matter what we have done and where we may run, God is a God is second chances.?God always welcomes us with open arms.?Allow these Scriptures to give you?hope and direction in the New Year:?
“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Lamentations. 3:22-23?
“Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” Isaiah 43:18-19?
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” II Corinthians 5:17.?
“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11?
