Belinda grew up in Wisconsin and moved to this area in the early 1980?s. Upon marriage to the love of her life, Ricardo, in 1992, they settled in South Dakota for a couple of years, then were transferred, due to Ricardo?s Air Force career, to Pennsylvania, California, Puerto Rico, West Virginia and then finally to Kaufman where they continued to make their home with their four daughters. Her greatest love was her family and she was very dedicated to their lives and to them.

Belinda, affectionately known as ?Belis? to her family and ?Boomie? to her friends, was a housewife and homemaker until the last few years when she began substitute teaching for the Crandall ISD. She loved and was loved by all the children. Belinda was also a dedicated music lover since her own school days and was fortunate to be able to continue her love of music with her daughters as they carried on the tradition of playing in the school band. She was an avid member of the Crandall Band Booster club and one of her greatest pleasures was being able to be a ?school mom? and help her daughters in their school activities.

Those left to forever cherish her memory are her beloved husband of 23 years, Ricardo Pizarro; beautiful daughters: Maia, Briana, Isabella and Angelina Pizarro; parents Dennis and Olga Swindle, Sr.; parents-in-law Nilsa Casanova and Ricardo and Lillian Pizarro; siblings: Dennis Swindle, Jr. and Sabina Bishop; sister-in-law Brenda Thompson and husband, Corey, sister-in-law Ashley Pizarro and brother-in-law Richard Pizarro; nieces and nephews: Mia Thompson, Isla Thompson, Olivia Bishop, Amber Bishop, Ethan Bishop, Jaycee Swindle, Rudy Swindle and Sara Swindle; many other extended family members and friends that will miss her dearly.
