In the 2013 game, Kylie Trahan for the Lady Bulls struck out 29 LadyKats. She is gone but Kennedale?s Allie Turner, who struck out 19 Lady Bulldogs in that regional final game, returns.Last week, she struck out 11 in a 7-1 victory in Game 1 of a series sweep against Graham. Kennedale has a second pitcher this year in Alexa Neifert who threw a two-hit shutout in Game 2 against Graham.
Like the region final, this region quarterfinal game against BurkBurnett is just a one game playoff meaning win or go home.
