I am thankful for the many of you that have taken the time to follow the Kennedale News on the web, Twitter and Facebook. It has been a quick 3 years since my wife and I signed on line as the new owners of the Kennedale News. It has been exciting reporting on the happenings of Kennedale.
We have had over 322,400 visitors on the Knews site, averaging over 2,000 a week. Our Facebook page has had 1,682 likes with a reach as far as Thailand, Canada, Peru, India, Philippines, Bangladesh, Mexico, Norway, Denmark, United Kingdom and Italy.
While we had hope to keep the paper as a free to public, the cost and the time required to track, write and post the news has increased as we have tried to improve the coverage. As a result, we have decided to go to a subscription form of delivery.
We have put together a rate package that we hope will not be prohibited.
- Regular yearly – $20.00 (less than $1.67 a month)
- Regular 6 month – $12.00 ($2.00 per month)
- Senior (60+) yearly – $10.00 (less than $0.84 per month)
- Student (secondary/college) yearly – $10.00 (less than $0.84 per month)
