12/09 ? Criminal Mischief $750 to $2,500Vera Lane:??At 8:02 a.m. a victim reported that unknown person(s) damaged his 2016 Chrysler 200. The vehicle was legally parked on the street. The damage occurred during the overnight hours.

?12/10 ? Evading Arrest or Detention?W. Kennedale Parkway:?At 8:50 a.m. officers responded to a disturbance call at a business. A known male suspect was on the scene and causing the disturbance. The male was known to have an active parole violation warrant. The male was walking on Kennedale Parkway when officers arrived. He was followed to an encampment site under a highway bridge. When confronted by officers the male fled but was caught after a brief chase on foot. The male was checked by medics and released at the scene. He was placed under arrest and transported to jail for booking.
?12/11 ? Drugs/Narcotics?Stags Leap Lane:?
At 2:34 a.m. officers observed a suspicious vehicle in a residential neighborhood. A check of the license plate indicated a warrant issued for a male suspect. After stopping the vehicle, none of the three males inside was the person named in the warrant alert. One of the males was found to be in possession of marijuana. He was placed under arrest for transport to jail.?12/11 ? Possession of Drug Paraphernalia?W. Kennedale Parkway:??Officers responded to a suspicious person complaint. On arrival officers discovered a male asleep in a vehicle and a female was panhandling. Inside of the vehicle officers discovered drug paraphernalia. The female admitted it was hers and was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were released at the scene.?12/12 ? Driving While Intoxicated?W. Kennedale Parkway:??At 2:41 a.m. officers responded to a report of a female asleep in a vehicle at a fast food drive-thru. The vehicle and driver were located. Officers were able to awaken the female only after opening the passenger side door. The female smelled of an alcoholic beverage. She was asked to step from the vehicle for a field sobriety assessment, which she was unable to satisfactorily complete. The female was transported to jail for booking and a blood draw.?12/13 ? Burglary?W. Kennedale Parkway:??At 5:44 p.m. an officer received a burglary report. A victim reported that a known suspect is believed to have entered her home and remove two jackets that were purchased as gifts.?12/13 ? Incident?Bowles Court:??At 8:32 p.m. officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance involving a person with a machete. On arrival, a female was observed sitting in a vehicle while a male was outside the vehicle holding a machete. The male was taken into custody. While officers were dealing with the first male a second male emerged from the backyard yelling profanities at the officers. The second male resisted being taken into custody but was eventually handcuffed along with the first male. The first male stated that he was asleep but awoke to hear the female and the second male arguing. The second male then came into his room demanding a cell phone. When the first male refused to give him the phone, the second male struck a chair with the machete. The first male stated that he did not feel threatened and had taken the machete from the second male to get it away from him. It was ultimately decided that no offense had occurred but the second male did have warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody for transport to jail.?

12/15 ? Driving While Intoxicated? Sublett Road:? At 3:05 a.m. officers responded to a one-vehicle accident. The male driver of the vehicle displayed characteristics of intoxication and refused to submit to a field sobriety assessment. The driver was placed under arrest for DWI. He was transported to jail where, pursuant to a blood draw warrant, a blood sample was obtained. He was booked without incident.?12/15 ? Burglary?E. Kennedale Parkway: At 5:49 a.m. officers responded to a burglar alarm with glass breakage. On arrival, officers observed a front window glass broken out. A key holder was contacted after the building was cleared and no suspects located. The responding key holder stated that a number of tobacco products were missing.?
12/16 ? Sex Offenders Duty to Register? Municipal Drive:? On this date a detective determined that a sex offender had failed to report as required by his probation. The process was begun with the probation office to issue a warrant for the offender?s arrest.?12/17 ? Hit and Run Accident?Gail Drive: Officers responded to an accident. An unoccupied Dodge truck was found at the scene. Documents inside the vehicle matched the registered owner?s information. The vehicle had struck a tree after hitting a mailbox. The driver was not located at the time of the report.?12/18 ? Theft $100 to $750W. Kennedale Parkway: At 7:40 a.m. a victim contacted police to report that a store employee had stolen several hundred dollars in merchandise. The employee was recorded on security video.?12/18 ? Incident?Wildcat Way:? At 7:55 a.m. a school resource officer responded to an overdose call. A student had taken multiple medications and was in distress. The student was transported to the hospital by ambulance.?12/18 ? Injury to Child/Elderly/Disabled?Wildcat Way: On this date a school resource officer received a report of a bullying incident involving a special needs student as the victim. The case is under further investigation.?12/18 ? Burglary of VehicleValley Lane: At 6:14 a.m. a victim reported that his work vehicle was missing the catalytic convertor. The part was removed by unknown person(s).?12/19 ? Criminal Trespass?Peachtree Court: A t 6:06 a.m. officers responded to an investigation. A resident came home from work to find his back patio gate open and his bicycle missing. The bike was located a short distance away. Next to the bike was a Texas identification card as well as some personal items. Officers located the owner of the items in a vehicle attempting to leave the area with another resident. After a short investigation, the male admitted to attempting to take the bike. He was placed under arrest and transported to jail for booking.?12/19 ? Assault by Contact (Family Member): At 11:34 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. A mother and daughter were reported to be in a physical altercation. There were no injuries in the altercation but the mother was struck by the daughter. On the officers? arrival the daughter had left the residence for an unknown location in Fort Worth. She will be charged with family violence assault.?12/20 ? Assault by Contact?E. Kennedale Parkway: At 8:14 a.m. a victim reported that he was assaulted by a known suspect who forcefully placed his hand on the victim?s chest during a verbal altercation. The suspect was charged with assault by contact.?12/20 ? Theft $2,500 to $30,000?Valley Lane:? At 4:42 p.m. a victim reported that two metal concrete forms were taken from his business lot. In addition, the victim was missing 60 gallons of diesel fuel from a vehicle on site.?12/21 ? Application for Mental Detention and Observation: At 9:57 p.m. officers responded to a narcotics call. A complainant reported that his adult brother was attempting to take an intentional overdose of a narcotic earlier. The complainant stated he and their father were able to stop the overdose. The victim was transported to JPS Hospital for a mental detention and evaluation.?12/20 ? Criminal Mischief $100 to $750?Bowles Court: At 11:37 a.m. a victim reported that her vehicle tires on the driver side were damaged by an unknown suspect. The damage for an unknown location in Fort Worth. She will be charged with family violence assault.??
