Season update ?
?
Kennedale traditionally plays ?up? in early season play, playing more 5A and 6A teams than teams in their classification of 4A. The record often reflects the tougher schedule. ?
At 4-8, Kennedale owns 2 wins over 4A Venus (3-7) by scores of 56-50 and 66-41 and has split wins over 4A Carrollton Ranchview (4-5) with a loss 55-45 and a win 77-65.
?
Playing above Class 4A, the Kats have recorded a win over 5A Carrollton Turner (0-5) by 58-31 while losing to 6A Coppell (4-4) 48-44, 5A Ennis (4-6) 45-35, 5A Red Oak (7-3) 53-44, 5A Mansfield Legacy (4-2) 81-44 and 5A Brewer (7-3) 61-54. Kennedale is coming off a 54-44 loss to 5A North Forney (6-3) on Tuesday night.
