Friday night, the Kats played Castleberry winning the first set 25-19, losing the second 25-21, then winning the next two set 25-12 and pushed in the final but winning 27-25.

On Tuesday Kennedale travelled to Fort Worth playing Diamond Hill-Jarvis winning in 3 sets, 25-9, 25-8 and 25-14.

The Lady Kats will travel to Lake Worth to play the Lady Bullfrogs in the last game of the first round and a second place in District 7-4A. The game will be played at Lake Worth High School with the game start at 4:30 p.m.
