Sampling of Area school tax rates and budgets

The Kennedale News has compiled a sampling of area school district adopted or proposed tax rates and budget summaries. The budget summaries are figured on a per student basis. The sampling of tax rates includes of school districts neighboring the KISD plus school districts of similar size to Kennedale ISD. {{more}}

 

Thursday, August 28, the Kennedale School Board will hold a public hearing on the budget and tax rate. Meeting is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. at the KISD Media Center on the campus of Kennedale High School, 901 Wildcat Way in Kennedale.
