Topics such as effective employee motivation, legal liability issues, and effective discipline are covered in depth. In addition, each attendee is required to write a research paper over a subject assigned to them by the institute staff.?
The class, which is a requirement for all KPD Sergeants, included 50 police supervisors from different law enforcement agencies. The program was offered at the Arlington Police Training Center
