This is an intensive four-week training session for 21st century police supervisors. The course

is designed for first-line supervisors and middle-level management.?

Topics such as effective employee motivation, legal liability issues, and effective discipline are covered in depth. In addition, each attendee is required to write a research paper over a subject assigned to them by the institute staff.

The class, which is a requirement for all KPD Sergeants, included 50 police supervisors from different law enforcement agencies. The program was offered at the Arlington Police Training Center

Sgt. Dagnell was promoted from Corporal/Investigator in November of 2017, and we are proud to have him as a member of our leadership team. We look forward to the positive impact that he will have in our ability to serve our citizens.?
