Stephenville was a 4A powerhouse for years and were always battling Aledo for supremacy in North Texas 4A ball. But this year they dropped down to 3A and after an opening loss to a prep team from Mexico have been on a roll since. {{more}}
? ? How do they compare?? Kennedale has its own history.? Coach Barrett led teams have made the playoff 12 straight years. He has never had a losing season at Kennedale.? Kennedale beat 4A Crowley in its opening game and Crowley has not lost a game since.? The two teams approach the game differently.? Kennedale racked up 4522 yards by rushing or 411 yards a game but only an average of 38 yards passing per game.? Stephenville passed for 2525 yards and rushed for 1802 for a total of 4327 yards. ?Stephenville had the harder schedule but Kennedale has made it this far without serious injury. ?
