Diane Smith Boyd passed away Tuesday, from complications due to Covid. [Diane was from the Class of 77 Kennedale Wildcats]
Diane was born July 17, 1957 to Mary Ann Kyser Boyd in Phoenix, Arizona. She married the love of her life, Bobby Mack Smith on January 25, 1985 in Jacksboro.
Diane loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She could always make her family and friends smile with her unique sense of humor.
She was preceded in death by her father John Boyd Sr. and her brother Donald Boyd.
Those left behind to cherish her memory include her husband, Bobby Mack Smith; sons Walter Lee Burkett Jr., Jimmy Mack Smith and wife, Jordan Smith; mother Mary Ann Boyd; siblings, John Boyd, Rusty Boyd, Mary Katherine Walker, Carolyn Boyd, Vanetta Gabel, and Christy Hoops; grandchildren Brittanie Proctor, Hanna Burkett, Mackenzie Smith, and Konnor Smith; great-grandchildren Keelyne Morgan.
She was married to Bob Smith for over 40 years.
There will be a Memorial service for Diane on Saturday, January 9, at 11:00 am – 2021 at Christian Mission Church 2381 US- Hwy 80, Jacksboro Tx 76458.
