9/07 — Assault Bodily Injury (Family Violence)
Peachtree Court
At 3:59 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. A male suspect was observed in a confrontation with another male. The suspect appeared to be under the influence of a narcotic. He was yelling incoherently and refusing to follow commands. Officers were able to get the suspect under control after several minutes and he was treated by paramedics. The second male stated that he heard a female scream while in his apartment and observed the suspect strike the victim several times before stopping him. The victim, the suspect’s female girlfriend, had numerous injuries but did not require transport or treatment. The suspect was transported to a hospital for treatment due to his earlier ingestion of a narcotic. A warrant will be issued for his arrest at a later date.

9/08 — Burglary
Bolen Road
At 12:57 p.m. an officer responded to a burglary report. Several storage units at the location had been broken into or tampered with. 

9/08 — Assault Bodily Injury (Family Violence)
Tealcove Drive
At 4:34 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. A female victim reported being assaulted by a known male suspect, her boyfriend. The suspect was not on scene when officers arrived. 

9/09 — Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Info
E. Kennedale Parkway
At 12:37 p.m. an officer received a report that an unknown person had filed for and was receiving unemployment benefits in the victim’s name. 

9/09 — Theft $100 to $750
E. IH 20
At 11:33 a.m. an officer received a report of a stolen gas well pipe.

9/10 — Burglary
Woodland Court
At 11:54 a.m. a victim reported that unknown person(s) entered her home and removed personal property without her consent. There was no forced entry observed. 

9/10 — Assault Bodily Injury (Family Violence)
W. Kennedale Parkway
At 12:50 p.m. a female victim reported to police that she had been assaulted by her boyfriend while they were in a vehicle. The victim reported that the suspect struck her several times while he was operating the vehicle. 

9/10 — Abandoned/Found Property
Peachtree Court
At 9:43 p.m. an officer located an unclaimed set of keys while conducting an investigation. The keys were placed in the police property room until an owner can be located.

9/11 — Assault Bodily Injury Family Violence
Pine Meadow Drive
At 3:05 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. A female reported that a male was at her residence and did not live there. She reported trying to get him to leave when he pushed her down, causing her to sustain a head injury. The male reported that the female woke him up and began hitting him with her car keys. Both persons exhibited injuries consistent with their stories. The male left the scene. Detectives will follow up to determine a primary aggressor at a later date.
