Dortha was born Aug. 24, 1921, in Burnet County to Marshall and Lizzie Barton Dodds. She was a wonderful mother, mamaw, wife and sister. She was a longtime resident of Kennedale.
She was preceded in death by her husband, L.C. Wyatt; daughter, Marsha Montgomery; brothers, Olin, Marlin and Winifred Dodds; and sister, Marie Rachels.
Survivors: Daughters, Evelyn Rager and husband, Robert, and Darlena Groves; son, Royce Wyatt and wife, Beverly; numerous grandchildren; brothers, Bobby Dodds and wife, Martha, and Roy Dodds and wife, Maedean; sisters, Irene Shrum and Bee Pruitt; and sisters-in-law, Mildred Dodds and Shirley Dodds.
