Herbert “Herb” James Koloff, 71, passed away peacefully Sunday, Jan. 26, 2014, in Grapevine.
Memorial service: 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5, at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst.Herb was born Aug. 11, 1942, to Frank and Alice Koloff.
