Sprouts is set to open tomorrow (Wednesday, September 10), with free samples and special sale prices. Every 15th shopper gets a special discount book and the first 200 get 20% off purchase. Store opens at 7 a.m. I-20 between Little and Green Oaks, next to the new Walgreens.
 
If you like to walk the nature trail at the Martin Luther King Sports Center off of Eden, the trail now has a detour. The City of Arlington has begun construction on two new ball fields. The new fields dissect a portion of the trail near Golf Club Drive. Once finished, the trail will connect with the sidewalk along the street before heading back on to the existing trail.
 
The OldWest Cafe at 4650 Little Road is now open (originally the Steak and Ale building). This is the fifth OldWest to open in the Metroplex, serving breakfast and lunch daily with a brunch menu on Sunday. Hours are 6am ? 2 p.m daily, Sunday 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
