The Kennedale LadyKat Basketball team, co-champs in district 7-4A with Godley will play a one game tie breaker to determine playoff seed (first or second). {{more}}
The game will be tonight, Friday, at a neutral site, Burleson Centennial High School at 6:30 p.m.
The two teams have played 3 times this season with Godley (26-3, 7-1) holding a 2-1 edge. In the most recent game played last Friday, Kennedale (25-8, 7-1) won in overtime 66-59.

In the latest TABC coaches’ poll, Kennedale was ranked #10 and Godley was #11 in Class 4A.

Kennedale will be without their top performer, Jasmyn Poe, who was injured in the first district match between Godley and Kennedale.
Poe is still nursing an ankle injury. But, Head Coach Doug Watson reported that the rest of team is ready to play and this is the same group that won the game last week.
