Cecelia Ruth Cross passed away December 3, 2015. She was born in Gainesville, Texas on November 29, 1953 to Johnny Buell Hall and Frances Loving Hall.A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday December 9, 2015, 5:30 pm-6:30 pm, R. F. Patterson Elementary. {{more}}
Cecelia’s father was in the military and when she was in elementary her family moved to Grand Prairie. She graduated from South Grand Prairie High School in 1972. She was a friendly woman who enjoyed laughing and was always smiling. Cecelia worked: 22 years at Marcia’s Beauty Salon as a stylist, 10 years at La Petite Academy as a director, 13 years at Patterson Elementary as a secretary and 12 years at Albertsons. Many of her jobs she did at the same time.
Cecelia enjoyed gardening, styling hair and hanging out with her friends. She loved the work she did with the schools and often cooked for the teachers. She was a fan of Facebook because it gave her a chance to reconnect with friends from Grand Prairie.
Cecelia is preceded in death by her mother Frances Loving Hall.
