In a collaborative effort with the Kennedale Economic Development Corporation (KEDC), the Kennedale

Chamber of Commerce has announced that Jack Thompson is the new Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce.

 
In a press release by Monica Collier, Kennedale Chamber of Commerce Chair said the following. {{more}}
 
“Jack Thompson, Certified Economic Developer and President of Orasi Development, has built a career on solid partnerships and successful ideas. He is an experienced dealmaker with a proven track record of success. In almost 20 years of working for municipalities, Thompson attracted nearly 100 million dollars of new investment and development from industries of all types ranging from retail and restaurants to industrial users. During his time in both municipal government and in the private real estate industry, Thompson acquired extensive experience in strategic planning, economic development incentive negotiation, Tax Increment Financing, and business attraction.”

Jack is married to Gayle Thompson and has two children, Luke, 18 and Claire, 15. Jack holds a BBA in Marketing from TCU’s Neeley School of Business and an MBA from UT Arlington’s College of Business Administration.

The Chamber has scheduled a meet and greet so that you may get to know Mr. Thompson, on Tuesday, July 22 at the Kennedale Chamber offices between 5-6:30 p.m.
