The Kennedale City Council will meet tonight in

regular session but in October the Council had two session where a number of

citizens spoke regarding future land use. Afterwards the Council took the following actions at the October 22 Special Session. {{more: continue …}}

  • Denied a zoning request for a change from single

    family to multi-family (townhomes) for property located on or near Bowman

    Springs and Corry Edwards (near Kennedale Junior High School) Bowman

  • Denied a zoning request for a zoning change from

    commercial to multi-family for property located on or near 801 Potomac Way. Potomac Way

  • Approved a zoning request for a change from

    residential to multi-family (apartments) for property located on 11 acres on or

    near Sublett Road and between the new storage facility under construction and

  • Approved a new ?fine free? policy at the
