A Kennedale resident since 1999, Frank began serving the city as a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission in 2007. While on P&Z, Frank participated in development of many city regulations, including those related to oil and gas, signage, and elimination of blight.

As his interests broadened, Frank saw Council as a great next step to further his involvement it policy development. During his time as a council member, Frank hopes to continue to pursue productive development and to spread Kennedale?s positive image throughout the Metroplex. Frank is very tied to the community, and considers it an honor to be able to give back to his fellow residents.

Frank believes that ?Kennedale is a bright and warm place to live, and is a gold mine for businesses and residents alike. We have great neighborhood design, great housing options, and plenty of open space while still being close to businesses, top schools, and a variety of entertainment. This is a great town to put down roots and raise a family.?

He has been married to his wife, Elena, since 1982, and they have two children, Monica (a graduate of Texas Tech) and Erick (a graduate of UTA). Frank attributes his public service success to the ongoing support of his family and the community.
