The Kennedale Wildcats (38-0) along with three other teams are in the elite final four of the UIL State Basketball Playoffs scheduled for this week in Austin.
Joining Kennedale is Dallas Madison (28-3) ranked #1 at the end of regular season play, Houston Yates (23-8) ranked #4 and San Antonio Houston (27-9) ranked #6. {{more}}
#2 Kennedale has drawn Houston Yates in the semifinals on Thursday The first game of the 3A double header features Madison and Houston and starts at 1 p.m. The Wildcat and Yates game will begin at 3 p.m.
The finals are set for Saturday at 10 a.m. All games are played at the FranK Erwin Center on the campus of University of Texas.

The UIL boys basketball state tournament from the Erwin Center in Austin March 6-8 will receive live television and webcast coverage on FOX Sports Southwest.
All semifinal games on Thursday, March 6 and Friday, March 7 will be webcast on FoxSportsSouthwest.com.
Championship games on Saturday, March 8 will be televised on FOX Sports Southwest Plus due to overlap programming on FOX Sports Southwest. The 5A title game will be carried on FOX Sports Southwest?s main channel in some markets. Check local listings.
