Guo, Olivia Ham, Brandon Isensee, Aaron Ly, Ramon Marquez and Alexandra Saenz

participated in the academic meet. Team sponsor was KHS teacher Marilyn Cadenhead. She teaches computer programing at the high school.

They

competed in Number Sense, Science, Computer Science Written and Hands-On,

Editorial Writing and Mathematics.?

The KHS Science Team of Jay Acosta, Janlloyd Carangan and Ramon Marquez?captured 1st Place. In?the overall individual standing the three team members placed in the top six -?Jay Acosta (1st Place), Janlloyd Carangan (2nd Place), and Ramon Marquez (6th Place). KHS team members also swept the subject awards: Jay Acosta (Top Score in Physics) and Janlloyd Carangan (Top Score in Chemistry and Biology).

Computer Science and Math teams 2nd place ?

The KHS Computer Science Team and Math Teams both won 2nd Place team medals at the meet. KHS Math Team members were Janlloyd Carangan and Brandon Isensee. Isensee finished in 5th place in individually competition.

The KHS Computer Science Team members were Jay Acosta, Janlloyd Carangan and Olivia Ham. ?(6th Place). In individual standings, Jay Acosta was 4th and Olivia Ham?placed 6th.
