Police asking for information …
On Tuesday, March 7, at approximately 8:00 a.m., a home in the 200 block of Chateau Drive was burglarized by kicking the front door open. {{more: Read more … }}Not realizing there were two juveniles at home, the suspects took an unknown amount of property. The juveniles locked themselves in an upstairs room of the home while the suspects were inside.No one in the home was injured or threatened during this offense. The juveniles contacted 911 and police responded immediately.Please look at the vehicle of interest in the attached photo and contact police if you have any information related to this vehicle or crime. An important side note to this incident is that the police response for this incident was slowed by the fact that the juvenile caller did not know the address for the home. Calling from a cell phone will not automatically give the caller location to dispatch.
Parents are encouraged to make sure that their children and guests know their phone number and address in the event of an emergency.Please help the police to help you.
