The 2013 Kennedale High School Valedictorian is Isabelle Celeste Erickson?and the Salutatorian is Theresa Dinh.

Isabelle who ?is the daughter of Wynelle Erickson and the late Paul Erickson and the little sister of Dawson Erickson. Grandparents are John and CJ Erickson and Ruhtelle Wilson and Woody Wilson. {{more}}

Isabelle is a 13 year senior, having attended Kennedale schools since entering Delaney as a Kindergartener. She is graduating from KHS with a GPA of 4.554. Isabelle has been a member of NHS, Key Club, student council, Spanish club, Interact club and is an officer of the Computer Science Society and the Green Club. She has also been a member of the Wildcat Band and KHS theatre program. Last year she was a member of the state UIL computer science team and in one week, she will represent KHS at the state UIL competition in Literary Criticism.

In the fall, Isabelle will attend the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Mechanical Engineering with a plan to continue graduate school in the field of systems engineering. As Valedictorian, Isabelle will be awarded her first year tuition paid for, valued at approximately $20,000.

Theresa is the daughter of Alex and Tiffany Dinh and the big sister of Kim and Anthony.

Theresa has attended Kennedale schools since junior high and she will graduate from KHS with a GPA of 4.475. Theresa is the Computer Science Society secretary and has also been involved in the green club, Spanish club, the UIL Academic team and a member of the Wildcat Band. In one week, She represented KHS in the UIL state competition in the Individual Computer Science division.

In the fall, Theresa will be attending Cornell College in Iowa and plans to major in Computer Science and Mathematics. Theresa has earned an academic scholarship at Cornell College of all tuition and fees paid valued at approximately $34,000.
