Kennedale Archers finish 2nd in tournament improve state rank

This past Saturday, the Kennedale Outdoor Education Program, hosted their second archery tournament of the year. Outdoor Ed teacher Danny Wilcox was very excited by the results, especially with the improvement of Wildcat archers. {{more: continue …}}

Kennedale is preparing for the state meet later this month so team totals and individual records are important. With the results from this week?s tournament, Kennedale?s new team total is 3,127. This total would rank the Wildcat team 11th in the state for all the qualifying teams for the state meet.

Kennedale under the direction of Wilcox started competitive archery two year years ago, 2015-16. That year the program finished 7th in the state.
