In eleven short years, Kennedale?s girls soccer program has gone form scraping together wins as a first year team to wearing a state championship ring.Since that championship win, the LadyKats have been honored with proclamations from the City of Kennedale, the Kennedale ISD Board of Trustees and the Tarrant County Commissioners Court. They have been featured on Channel 8 and they have been called the “Class of 4A Soccer.”

In addition, each one of the team members has been awarded some type of recognition, either an All-State or an All-District honor or both. The head coach Michael Strange is the Coach of the Year in both 4A Region 1 and District 8-4A. Twenty LadyKats dominated all-district selections. Two earned All-State Teams designations.

The Texas Association of Soccer Coaches announced the selection of the 2015 4A All State Teams. Allie Thornton made the 1st team and Abigail Olmos was selected to the 2nd team.
