Assistant Coach Kelley Cagle did descibe this year’s season with the following statement.
?

? ? ?“We have had a wonderful, competitive, and victorious season with the Lady Kats soccer team. Three seniors and two juniors have brought great leadership and experience to the five sophomores and nine freshmen that are on the roster. After some ups and downs early on, they were able to claim first place at the Pearland Alvin Manvel Tournament in Houston. By the time district started, the girls had become a family and were well aware of each other’s strengths and weaknesses. With a record of 8-1-1, they placed second in district. Their first playoff victory came after beating Crowley 2-1 on Tuesday, March 26. …. The coaching staff has been fortunate to witness this growth of talent, skill, and unity and is excited for what is to come with this young team.”
