In the early exhibitions games, the LadyKats were 3-1-1 with wins over 5A Mansfield Summitt, Mansfield Timberview and 4A Crandall while scoring a tie with 5A Midlothian and a loss to 6A Arlington Martin. Feb 17 Joshua 4-3 (W)

 
The regular season started with a 4-3 decision of over 5A Joshua. Joshua took the lead, 1-0 in the bottom of the third. Kennedale responded three runs after Allie Turner hit a line drive double, followed by a single by Mary Grace Howard. Elizabeth Schiele scored both Turner and Howard with a double to left field. Rebekah Abair got the Kat third run by hitting a double and bringing Schiele across the plate. Jazlyn Crowder got the fourth run for the LadyKats in the top of the 7th when she singled and one play later she stole 2nd, reached third on error and then stole home.
 
Turner pitched a complete game with 14 strikeouts, helping herself out by getting two hits and two RBIs. Schiele had two hits and two RBIs. Crowder reached base three times and had two hits.
 
Feb 19 Dallas Sunset 16-0 (W)
 
Kennedale scored a shutout over an outclassed 3A Dallas Sunset team winning 16-0 in two quick innings. Allie Turner got the win by striking out six and walking one with no hits. Kennedale crossed the plate 11 times in the first inning helped by two base clearing triples by Crowder. Jazlyn Crowder ended the game with 3 hits and 8 RBI?s on two triples.
 
Crowder’s first triple came after Turner and Elizabeth Scheile walked and Mary Grace Howard singled and she brough all three home. Crowder scored when Rebekah Abair reached on error. Kennedale scores 3 more times, before Crowder came back to the plate on doubles by Alyssa Bradbury and Alexa Neifert and a single by Turner. Crowder?s second triple of the game scored Turner, Howard and Schiele. Abair?s single scored Crowder for the final run of the first. The LadyKats scored 5 more runs in the second on a single by Crowder and a double by Abair.
 
February 19 Grand Prairie 6-0 (W)
 
Alexa Neifert threw a no-hitter in Kennedale LadyKats? 6-0 victory over 5A Grand Prairie. Jazlyn Crowder racked up four RBIs on one hit for Kennedale when she homered in the fourth with bases loaded.
 
Kennedale first scored in the second with two runs on an RBI double by Jamie Franks and an RBI single by Allie Turner. Then in the fourth after Neifert and Turner reached base on errors and Mary Grace Howard on a walk, Crowder hit her grand slam homer and icing the win.
 
Feb 20 Sunnyvale 6-0 (W)
 
Kennedale took a 6-0 victory over 3A Sunnyvale. Sunnyvale managed just one hit off of the Kennedale?s Jamie Franks, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three during her 3 2/3 innings of work.
 
A RBI triple by Elizabeth Schiele and a RBI double by Jazlyn Crowder in the first inning got the LadyKats rolling with 2 runs. In the bottom of the 3rd, the Kats scored 4 more runs helped by a triple by Crowder scoring Allie Turner, Mary Grace Howard and Schiele.
 
Feb 20 El Paso Bell Air 3-0 (W)
 
Kennedale?s Allie Turner threw a no-hitter in a four inning 3-0 defeat of 5A El Paso Bel Air High School. Turner struck out eight and walked two in the outing. LadyKat?s Rebekah Abair reached base twice, scoring one run and doubled in the third.
 
Kennedale scored first in the second, scoring one run on an RBI single by Alexa Neifert. The Kats added two more insurance runs in the bottom of the third when an error scored Jazlyn Crowder followed up by Abair’s double, scoring Alyssa Bradbury.
 
Feb 21 Cedar Hill 7-2 (W)
 
Kennedale took one from 5A Cedar Hill by a score of 7-2. Allie Turner recorded the win with 11 strikeouts, allowing one earned run on two hits and four walks over four innings. She also went two for two at the plate with a single and a double and one RBI. Joining Turner with doubles and adding 2 RBI each included Elizabeth Schiele, Jasyln Crowder and Alyssa Bradbury.
 
Kennedale scored 2 runs off a double by Crowder in the bottom of the 1st, hitting in Shiele and Mary Grace Howard. In the bottom of the 2nd, the LadyKats tacked on 5 more runs with a single by Alexa Neifert, doubles by Turner, Schiele and Bradbury.
 
Feb 21 Burleson Centennial 14-0 (L)
 
Kennedale?s lone loss in regular season play thus far came against 5A Burleson Centennial when Burleson blew by the Kats 14-0.
 
Mar 3 Carrolton Creekview 16-0 (W)
 
Kennedale bounced back from the crushing loss to Centennial with one of their own by beating 5A Carrolton Creekview by a score of 16-0 in 3 innings. Jazyln Crowder led the hit parade with a double and a grand slam earning her 5 RBI?s. Joining Crowder with 2 doubles each were Elizabeth Schiele and Allie Turner, combining to add another 4 runs. Ashley McElvaney and Mary Grace Howard each had a double scoring two runs and Jamie Franks got 2 RBI?s on a single. Turner got the no-hitter facing nine batters, striking out 7 with two groundouts.
 
Mar 7 Rowlett 12-2, 3-2 (2W)
 
In a double header, the Kennedale LadyKats defeated 6A Rowlett twice by scores, 12-2 and 3-2. In the early match, Kennedale jumped out to an early 8-0 lead in the bottom of the first and then adding 2 runs each in the 4th and the fifth. Allie Turner got the win allowing two runs over 3 1/3 innings. She struck out five, walked three and surrendered one hit. She also racked up five RBIs on two hits, a triple and a grand slam. Kennedale closer Jazlyn Crowder put away the final five outs to record the save. Crowder also contributed with a double and 2 RBI?s. Mary Grace Howard went 3 for 4 at the plate. Alexa Neifert went 2 for 3 including a double.
 
In the rubber match, Kennedale had to come from behind in the 7th to win 3-2. Rowlett scored one run in the top of the 3rd. Kennedale followed with a two-run 5th inning to take the lead. Rowlett tied the game in top of the 6th with one run before the rally in the 7th by Kennedale. Alexa Neifert picked up the win for the LadyKats. Neifert allowed two earned runs, six hits and one walk while striking out four over seven innings of work. Jazyln Crowder went 2 for 4 with a double and 1 RBI?s. Mary Grace Howard and Niefert each had an RBI.
