The Kennedale Lady Kats have played in three straight tournaments and have improved their finish in each one. This weekend the Kats were able to earn a spot in the Argyle championship bracket on Saturday, going 2 for 3 and winning bronze. {{more}}

Early Saturday morning, Kennedale took on the Graham winning in three sets (25-18, 25-13 and 25-10).

KHS Sophomore Raeley Crosley was named to the Argyle All-Tournament team

Playing at noon in the semifinals, the Kats lost to tournament host and eventual champion Argyle (25-13, 25-11 and 25-22).

Then at 3 p.m. playing for 3rd place against 5A Burleson, the Kats won in 3 sets (25-14, 25-21 and 25-13).

 

Named to the All-Tournament team was Raeley Crosley (So) from the Lady Kats.

The Kennedale next game is a home non-conference match vs. Crowley on Tuesday, September 1 at 6p.
