Telegram, a game ending fight broke out in the 4th quarter Friday evening between players from Kennedale and Lake Worth. {{more:Read more …}}

 
The game was called by game officials with 11:47 remaining on the clock. Kennedale was up 49-0. Kennedale keeps the win.
 
Nickerson reported that several players on the field and sidelines were involved which followed the first play of the fourth quarter. He said that three Lake Worth players were immediately sent to the locker room.
 
?It?s sad that we represented our communities poorly,? said Lake Worth coach Keri Timmerman.
 
Kennedale coach Richard Barett described the situation as ?embarrassing.? He said school officials would review the video and handle discipline internally.
 
Kennedale finishes regular season play at 7-3, 5-0 and in first place in District 5-4A while Lake Worth finishes at 3-7, 2-3 and in 4th place.
