The project is set for 23 acres of undeveloped land with dirt work set to start soon. The Kennedale City Council recently approved the rezoning request.

The developer, Skorborg Retail, says that Magnolia Hills will included mixed lot sizes with 47 lots that will be 50? wide and 45 that are 60? wide. Prices for the new homes should range from the high $200K to mid $300k.

The development would include two park areas with a walking trail, large root trees that will provide shade along the streets plus decorative street lighting.

The primary entrance to the the subdivision will be from the roundabout at Sublett and Wildcat Way. Plans call for a connector road from Sublett to Swiney Hiet Road via Collett Sublett and on to Eden Road, allowing residences of Magnolia Hills an alternative outlet.
