POLICE: Shooting of local man under investigation in Fort Worth

Phillip Vallejo of Kennedale was celebrating his 30th birthday in downtown Fort Worth early Friday morning when he was involved in an altercation that ended with Vallejo being shot by a FTW bicycle officer who was responding to the disturbance. The Star Telegram reported that he later died at a Ft Worth hospital. Read
