The City of Arlington’s construction begins on October 9, 2013 on Bowman Springs Road between IH20 and Pennsylvania Avenue. ?It ?will be ONE WAY SOUTHBOUND for approximately 3 months. Northbound traffic will be detoured east on Pennsylvania to Little Road.
This is part of a reconstruction project that will that will convert this segment of Bowman Springs into a 4 lane road with a middle turn lane. For more on the back story
