Red’s Roadhouse in two years had made a name for itself, hosting local,regional and national singers and bands in the iconic garage like venue with vintage cars, good food and a real country feel. This week Red’s posted the following announcement on its facebook page.

“Red?s Roadhouse will be closed for the summer to prepare for reopening in the fall as a banquet and an event center. We thank our customers for their support over the last two years and look forward to serving you at future events.”
But Charla Corns‘ Craft Show is on for tomorrow, June 21. She posted this update on her facebook page.
“Tomorrow starting at 5pm I will gather over 45 of my favorite crafters across Texas in one spot!
Come out and shop and then I take the stage with my full band at 9pm! Can’t wait to see everyone! This is gonna be HUGE!”
Red’s was good for Kennedale, hopefully the change will continue good things for Red’s and the community.
